Your Visit
Dental appointments generally last:
- Exam: 30 minutes
- Cleaning: 80 minutes
- Rejuvenation Mouth Facials™ 90 minutes
- Whitening: 70 minutes
- Consults: 45 minutes
These times allow for thorough care and discussions but can vary depending on individual needs or unforeseen circumstances. Other wellness appointments vary in time depending on the treatment.
Insurance
Rejuvenation Health Dental Practices operates on a fee-for-service basis, meaning that our patients are responsible for the full payment of dental services in advance of or at the time of treatment. Unlike practices that participate in insurance networks, we do not have contractual agreements with insurance providers. Payment at Time of Service: Patients are required to settle all charges for dental services in advance of or on the day of treatment.
Rejuvenation Health will submit insurance claims on behalf of the patient promptly after the completion of the dental services. The submitted claims will include all necessary documentation, such as treatment codes and descriptions, to facilitate the reimbursement process.

After the claims submission, it becomes the sole responsibility of the patient to communicate with their insurance company regarding the status of the claim, reimbursement amounts, or any other inquiries. Patients are encouraged to keep copies of all communications, including claim submission confirmation and any responses received from their insurance provider.
Regardless of the insurance reimbursement status, patients are responsible for the full payment of all services provided by Rejuvenation Health Dental Practices. Any insurance reimbursements received are the patient’s benefit.
